1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your production schedule and budget. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are outlined below:

Standard Shipping

  • Rate: $8.99 (for orders weighing 1 lb to 5 lbs)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 business days

Economy Shipping

  • Rate: FREE on orders of $99 or more

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days

Express Shipping

  • Rate: $44.99 (for orders 1 lb and above)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped. Carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

Peak Seasons:
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be extended slightly. If a significant delay occurs, our team will notify you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Delivery Issues & Responsibility

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments:
    DTF Print House is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please:

    • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

    • Retain all original packaging and damaged items for inspection

  • Shipping Delays:
    We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Local Pickup (If Available)

If local pickup is offered and selected at checkout, pickup will be arranged at our Stafford, Texas location. Pickup details and instructions will be provided once your order is ready.
